CYBER SCIENCES JOINS TRYSTAR, LLC

We are pleased to announce our acquisition by Trystar, starting a new and exciting chapter in Cyber Sciences growth and success! Trystar is a Faribault, Minnesota-based portable and permanent industrial power products manufacturer. It designs and manufactures docking stations, panels, I-Lines, transformers, mobile automatic transfer switches (ATS), welding racks, cables, transformers, UL-891-rated switchboards, emergency lighting inverters, power conditioning, voltage regulation equipment, industrial DC power supplies, and E-Houses. It recently added portable renewable hybrid energy systems to its product portfolio.
Joining forces with Trystar allows more customers access to the benefits of Cyber Sciences’ product offering. Cyber Sciences’ sequence-of-event data monitoring and logging solutions facilitate the quick diagnosis, resolution, and prevention of power loss events in critical facilities like data centers, hospitals, and airports. Both companies understand the cost of power losses, and together, the combined entity can help customers minimize their incidence and impact.
We are beginning our integration with Trystar and continuing to operate all aspects of our business from our facility in Murfreesboro, TN. Additionally, we will continue to manufacture and market all our current products you are accustomed to seeing and purchasing.
